Where to start for tweaking EQ on your Kemper.

The best place to start tweaking your new profiles to your specific EQ preferences is with the definition control. The definition control is a more accurate representation for setting EQ rather than the traditional bass, mid, treble, and presence controls on the front of the Kemper. The definition control can be found by holding down the “amplifier” soft button located on the front of your Kemper.

How do we tailor our profiles and captures?

When we fine tune our profiles and captures to get them ready for release we aim to tweak EQ, definition, and all built-in effects to be as neutral and plug and play as possible. When you open our products for the first time you are getting a sound that we like and believe is useful for multiple playing styles and genres.
